Now for the boring (but impawtant) stuff *It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details submitted are correct, including spelling, font type and colour. Our crew will choose the best size and position based on the info provided to make your dreams come true. Hound-Tees has the right to decline personalising your order if it contains inappropriate or offensive language or a copyright infringement such as a brand name.
Personalisation takes between 3-7 business days.
Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless garment is faulty.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
